But I'd still like to take you to my favorite places. Yuki and Solomon have both helped me find what food is good for humans. So you wouldn't end up poisoned or cursed or dead, so long as I could help it.

[For what it's worth, that does bring back some genuine amusement from Temenos. He chuckles, half muffled since he's in the middle of chewing.]

[He lets out an affirmative sound, before leaning his head against one of the bars, watching with silent fondness over the human he loves as he takes of his portion.
Only when Temenos has finished does Beel squeeze that grip against the cleric's leg again, gently.]
[Temenos's eyes meet Beelzebub's on occasion as he's working on his half of the burger, earning a small smile each time. It's hard to describe in words how it feels to be looked at like that. But maybe he doesn't have to. Beelzebub surely understands without either of them having to say anything.
He brushes at the corners of his lips with his thumb to rid himself of any lingering crumbs, then turns his full attention back to Beel.]
Of course. [His answer is the same, as always.] What is it?
[He's not even sure it will work. The connection might not reach across worlds. Temenos's holy connections might tamper with it. And if Temenos himself didn't want it... then there was no point.]
[He nods... and then nods again, as though truly processing how fast that agreement happened took more effort than expected.]
I want to ask for it now. While we have time. But I don't know what it might do to you, though, or to me. And I don't want to send you home to Solistia with my sigil as a target on your back.
But... I want to talk about it. I want to give this to you.
[He's aware it's going to be a serious decision, then. That's good.
He hums his acknowledgement, turning his hand with the palm up so he can take Temenos's touch against his own...

After a few moments of silence, his touch shifts, carefully bringing that hand up to his mouth. Not to kiss, but to be held with Temenos's palm facing him, gently nudging the fingers apart with his nose before dragging his tongue up the space between index and middle.
Eyes the color of vibrant dusk stay on Temenos, lidded, craving.]
[He easily lets Beelzebub move his hand...though what ends up happening isn't quite what he expected. He watches in mild surprise before looking up to meet Beel's gaze...
Ah.
He settles into a knowing smirk.]
I take it you'd like seconds? What a coincidence, because I'm still feeling quite peckish myself.
[It's the traces of what's left over from the food, the taste of salt from his sweat, the smell of him... it makes his pulse pound with excitement, which in turn just reminds him of the uncomfortable feeling still settled between his own hips, unresolved and nearly forgotten from earlier. Oh well. Hunger came first. Hunger always came first.
Two of those fingers are guided into his mouth between tongue and teeth, tasting, a gentle gnawing of his bite against the resistance of flesh and bone.]
[It's a little strange to imagine himself having a unique taste, but at least he doesn't have to worry about tasting bad to the one person it matters most. It's surprising, though. He figured he'd be at least a little rotten inside. Maybe there is hope for him yet.
While Beel has his hand, he uses that free thumb to gently rub against his jawline. After savoring the sensation of warm, wet abrasion against his fingers, he drags them forward to give Beel some extra friction as well. They're then slowly pushed back in, pressing along his tongue and trailing against the inside of his cheek on one side.]
[Beelzebub lets out a heated exhale at the change of pressure, eyes screwing shut. There's a growl from the back of his throat as he sucks into the movement of Temenos's fingers as though to draw them deeper, both of his own hands lifting up to cradle the cleric's hand and press into the knuckles and tendons.
It would be so easy to just snap his teeth down, to taste, to chew and swallow and fill his mouth. His teeth dig into the catch of Temenos's knuckles a little harder than before. He wants it. He wants it.
[He grins, running his free hand along one of the bars in reflex to the warmth of Beelzebub's breath against his hand. There's something about the very real danger of Beelzebub doing just that—taking a bite out of him—that gets his heart racing all over again. He doesn't expect it to happen, nor does he actually want it to, but skirting the line possibility is exciting all the same.
That bite gets deeper, though, threatening to break the skin once more, and Temenos finally considers intervening. He sucks in a breath from the pain, then puts his free hand on Beel's shoulder to avert his focus.]
Ah, ah, ah. [He scolds in a playful tone.] I need that intact.
[Once he has Beelzebub's attention, he reaches over toward the nearly forgotten kittybot to retrieve some snacks from it.]
Shall I hand feed you for a bit? You must promise me that you won't take a finger with it, though.
...I didn't really think about it, is all. I was happy tasting.
[He'll lean down to take the snack with his mouth and tongue alone, one hand staying wrapped against the bars. No matter how messy it is, somehow he doesn't allow a crumb of it to hit the ground, letting teeth and lips graze Temenos's fingertips.]
