My goodness, you certainly are shrewd. I can't let that happen, now can I?
That said...I think that's a fine way of putting it.
[At first, Temenos simply found Beelzebub to be rather fascinating. It's not every day he gets to meet a literal demon, after all. But that quickly changed. He's learned that Beelzebub is mature and strong-willed, with an incredibly big heart to match his appetite. How could he not become endeared to that?
The circumstances are far from ideal, but he's still glad they were able to cross paths.
...ah, yes. The paper play.]
Yes, why don't we do that? You're welcome to step inside the pelican cabana to wash your hands while I grab the play.
Thanks. [Lead the way if you've got the key, man. He'll politely stay out of the bedroom area, ducking into the bathroom and letting the sink run. Sounds like he's doing a thorough job, good for him.
Calling out from the bathroom:] Do we need to do it anywhere with a lot of space, or is it okay to use it inside?
There's still a big mess in the buffet area from yesterday. But I think we can find a clear place so long as we're careful. [He takes a second to look over whatever's now in Temenos's hands, curious.]
Mn. I'll go get the door. Let me know if you need help. [And so he does. After you, sir.]
[It's a bit hard to make out since all the pieces are piled on top of each other, but there seems to be a display board for background slides to be switched in and out, and a bunch of paper characters to go with it.]
Is there...? [Uh oh, is this a sign that Temenos hasn't been stopping in there to eat enough. It's probably fine.] Let's see what we can manage.
[Offering his thanks, he exits with Beelzebub behind him, politely requesting him to use his pelican key to lock the door. Off they go to get set up!]
not me totally forgetting that this was before the buffet got ruined OH WELL
[He will fish the key out as carefully as possible by request, locking up and putting the key right back where he found it. Away they go! Any other doors are held open without question, Beelzebub scoping out the area a little before nodding towards an area of clear tables.]
Yeah, it looks okay. Here, there's one a little more out of the way on this side over here. [He'll pull a couple of the extra chairs away to give the cleric room to set up and work, though (surprising literally no one at this point) his attention does perk back up towards the buffet.]
I'm gonna go grab a few turkey legs. Do you want anything else?

Inside is fine. As I said, they are designed for a small audience.
[Once Beelzebub is done, Temenos meets him outside the bathroom with the play in his arms.]
Though it would be more effective to set it up on a table of some sort. Perhaps the dining hall in the resort?
[Beel can get some more snacks for the show if he wants!]
