Maybe they got into a fight, and Mithrun went to Lily's dungeon afterward. There's tree monsters there, and a monster that tries to cut people's heads off. Fire dragons, too.

But he still shouldn't have died from any of it afterward.

That's what I don't get either. Because you're right, that's what the order of events looks like. But it's also weird bc wasn't there a blood trail too? Why not like, heal up and stuff before going there?

Either way, he definitely shouldn't have. The monsters in that dungeon could be hella bugged and make respawning impossible, but that doesn't explain what's going on IRL. :/

He's been gone almost a week now. I don't think his family will bother.

He told me he would try to email someone if he got into trouble. I wonder if he didn't have the chance.

For his family, though, yeah. I dont know if it's entirely true, but he's told me that if he were to disappear his family would probably just think it was convenient. He's pretty distant from them.

He's kind of in Booker's situation but worse. Brain injury. Needs a lot of care. But other people come in to do that, not his family.

That's so fucked up if it's true, especially if he's in a worse situation than Booker. It's a good thing he's got others looking out for him.

I think it's why he was online all the time. He can't do a lot on his own. I think the game helped him feel he has some more independence sometimes without the risk.

The least we can do is try.

Maybe. I didn't really know much about him. We mostly had weird convos when we did talk. But he seemed really dedicated to the game and I always respected that.

That's just bullshit though. Any player can kill another player, but this is going far beyond PK mechanics. Something is wrong with the game itself, and we were supposed to be able to prevent anyone from getting hurt for real.

If Mithrun's out there somewhere, maybe that's why Lily isn't concerned.
